A real musical excerpt plays. You must identify when a specific target interval occurs. This transfers interval recognition from lab conditions to real musical contexts.

How it works

    App displays: 'Listen for: Perfect 4th ascending'
  2. 2.
    Listen to excerpt
    A 15-30 second musical excerpt plays (real recordings across genres).
  3. 3.
    Tap when you hear it
    Tap the screen each time the target interval occurs in the melody.
  4. 4.
    Review
    App highlights the moments where the interval occurred, replaying those segments.
